Zoë Hancock

Born and raised in Oxfordshire, Zoë was inspired into chiropractic by her own back pain caused by lifting one too many toddlers while travelling abroad as a nanny. She returned to the area to undertake four years of training as a McTimoney chiropractor. And alongside her degree, Zoë qualified as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, and learnt how to deliver Shockwave therapy. She has a special interest in neck pain, associated symptoms such as headaches, and is passionate about helping patients to help themselves through rehab exercises and lifestyle improvements. She has established herself in the local military community, and continues to build a tool kit of injury rehabilitation skills through mentoring and Continuing Professional Development.

A secret daredevil, she feels as at home skiing and kayaking in the mountains of Scotland and Canada, as she does skydiving and mustering cattle on horseback in New Zealand, or walking and gardening in the rolling countryside of the Thames Valley.

Zoë is providing chiropractic care and Shockwave therapy every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Charles Bell

Charles graduated as a Feldenkrais practitioner in 2024 following a four year professional training program in London and continues to attend advanced workshops with senior teachers of the method.

An experienced student in the fields of Tai Chi and Chi Gong, Charles has an avid interest in movement methods and how their practice may allow us to live more fully and with less stress.

A long career as a chef, where efficient movement plays a huge advantage, has provided him with a continuous base from which to test, implement and incorporate these strategies into daily life.

Laura Otway

Laura is a level 5 Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapist (the highest available qualification). She trained at LSSM which is headed up by Mel Cash one of the pioneers of the sports massage world.

She discovered the world of massage & soft tissue therapy as a patient following a car accident which left her with serious neck and lower back pain and she has been a massive advocate for it ever since.

Following a varied corporate career culminating with 8 years in senior management at the John Lewis Partnership she finally took the plunge and moved to focusing on fitness and wellbeing full time. Laura is also a qualified gym instructor and is in the process of adding personal training to her range of offerings.

Laura's treatments are all hands on and she uses a range of deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial and stretching techniques to treat muscloskeletal pain and injuries for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Her treatments are designed to improve mobility, reduce pain and leave patients feeling lighter and more energised.

After a long history of playing sport, which include cracking a rib playing rugby and getting concussed whilst playing lacrosse, Laura now takes things a little bit more easily. She enjoys hiking, swimming, skiing, cooking for friends and learning how to garden. Laura can most often be found out walking her dog Poppy and playing with her two young children.
