Zoë Hancock
Born and raised in Oxfordshire, Zoë was inspired into chiropractic by her own back pain caused by lifting one too many toddlers while travelling abroad as a nanny. She returned to the area to undertake four years of training as a McTimoney chiropractor. And alongside her degree, Zoë qualified as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, and learnt how to deliver Shockwave therapy. She has a special interest in neck pain, associated symptoms such as headaches, and is passionate about helping patients to help themselves through rehab exercises and lifestyle improvements. She has established herself in the local military community, and continues to build a tool kit of injury rehabilitation skills through mentoring and Continuing Professional Development.
A secret daredevil, she feels as at home skiing and kayaking in the mountains of Scotland and Canada, as she does skydiving and mustering cattle on horseback in New Zealand, or walking and gardening in the rolling countryside of the Thames Valley.
Zoë is providing chiropractic care and Shockwave therapy every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Karon Prior
Karon's working life started as an event organiser and personal assistant with a prestigious Irish charity. She decided on a career change in 2003 and enrolled as a full-time student at Reading College to study beauty therapy and massage, qualifying in 2003. Once qualified she started her own mobile business as well as working as a freelance therapist for SLS UK Health and Beauty Ltd in hotels such at Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons, Barnsley House, The Old Parsonage Hotel and The Old Bank Hotel in Oxford. The treatments offered were mainly facials, Swedish and aromatherapy massages, manicures and pedicures.
As Karon has suffered with back problems since her teens, she has focused more on the complementary therapies and further developed her own skills over the years by completing courses in hot stone massage, deep tissue massage, hopi ear candling and Indian head massage.
However, since qualifying as a therapist in 2003, she was always fascinated in the theory and practice of reflexology. In 2023 she was delighted to qualify as a reflexologist from the Cotswold Academy in Cirencester and has loved the treatment ever since.
Karon is registered with The Association of Reflexologists and fully insured by BABTAC Ltd.
When not working, Karon enjoys gardening, baking, dining out with friends, walking, travel photography and attending steam rallies with her husband and their classic vehicles.
